DOT Meeting
The Department of Transportation is holding a public meeting at the Cherryfield Elementary School on Thursday September 19, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. The topic of discussion will be the rehabilitation of the bridge on Route 1 in Cherryfield and the replacement of the bridge over Schoodic Brook on Route 193.

2019 Local Referendum Election
There will be a referendum vote on June 11, 2019 from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm to see if the voters will approve the purchase of a used heavy duty rescue vehicle for the Fire Department. Voting will be held at the Town Office and absentee ballots are available now at the office.

Burning Permits
A reminder that when planning to burn on your property you must always obtain a burning permit. You can get a permit by calling either Charlie Curtis SR at 546-7416 or Danny Perry at 546-1190.
Transfer Stations Stickers
New Transfer Station stickers will be assigned beginning Friday, April 21st. These will be assigned directly from the Transfer Station. You must be able to show either a Cherryfield Registration for the vehicle driven to the Transfer Station ~ or~ have a letter from the Town Office.

The Town Office will be closed on Monday, April 17th , 2017 in observance of Patriots Day.
