The Town Office is trying to stay open to help what we can with business that can be done through the mail or email. We have discovered that trying to process new registrations is a problem. Therefore, we ask that you just call the office at 546-2376 to inquire if we can actually help you with whatever your transaction might be.
Also, our Board of Selectmen, Health Officer and Ambulance EMS Director are urging everyone to practice the protocol that is being published to stay safe during this COVID-19 emergency situation. Practice social distancing, be out around only for emergency or necessary errands, keep hands washed and avoid touching your face. We have been made aware that there is now a case in Washington County. Just remember that we were a Community before this Covid-19 Emergency and we still are all friends and neighbors and should do our best to help each other out. Be diligent , STAY SAFE and lets keep this from spreading !
In an attempt to keep employees and customers safe in this unique situation involving the spread of COVID-19 virus, the Town Office is closed to walk in business. If you have something that we can handle by phone or email please contact us and we will do our very best to help you. This is a very serious situation and limiting personal contact is one way to help in preventing it spreading through our community. Hopefully this will be a short term situation. We will do our best to keep folks updated. The State has made rulings that cover overdue registrations, licenses, etc. that extend the renewal process for 30 days after the shut downs are ended. That will help out many of you. Our phone at the office is
